Hello Beautiful! Get ready to start your healthy hair journey. I’m a silk press specialist, haircolorist, pixie cut enthusiast & above all a healthy hair advocate! I’m licensed in both Maryland & North Carolina & I’m currently working out of Image Studios in a private suite in Wake Forest, NC. Before you book let’s go over a few things to make sure your experience is perfect! *ALL 1ST TIME CLIENT APPOINTMENTS NOW REQUIRE A $35 BOOKING FEE!! In an effort to cut down on fake appointments & no call/no shows, all 1st time clients must pay a non-refundable booking fee to hold their appointment time. When you schedule for the 1st time an Apple Pay invoice will be sent, once it is paid your appointment is confirmed. This is only required for 1st time clients or services over 2 hours. 100% of the fee will go toward your service. The fee is non-refundable however if you need to cancel or reschedule the fee is transferable 1 time as long as you cancel/reschedule within 24hrs for regular services & 48hrs for color services. *Cash, Apple Pay & Zelle are currently my only forms of payment. *If you have any issues with your hair please let me know within 48hrs & I can make the proper adjustments. Any discussed adjustments need to be made within the week. Tho services are non-refundable if you have any issues I will do my absolute best to resolve them. Service dissatisfaction is handled on a case by case basis. *To make booking easier please read the full description of each service you’re interested in, you do this by 1st selecting a category, then pick your service & click the circle w/the i in the center at the top right of each picture. Please read all service descriptions carefully & make sure to book each service you need! The services listed are the only ones I offer at this time. *I currently do NOT service clients who are experiencing balding or severe hair loss, clients with severe scalp conditions that need a dermatologist/trichologist attention or clients under the age of 14. I will be more than happy to guide you to stylists who specialize in these services. *I currently don’t offer presses on pixies so if your hair needs to be pressed out to be straight you will need to book a relaxer service. *Animals of any kind are not allowed in the salon with the exception of legally recognized service dogs required because of a disability. Emotional support animals are NOT service animals so please refrain from bringing them. *All covid-19 sanitation requirements are being followed & It is at your discretion to wear a mask. *If you are sick or feeling ill in anyway (even if it’s not covid) please reschedule your appointment. We want to make sure to consider everyone’s health & don’t want to make anyone else sick. If a client is sick when they come in they will be turned away. *At this time no extra guests that are not being serviced are allowed. This includes children, husbands, best friends, parole officers, etc. 😂 thank you for understanding. *I do not have a grace period but I do extend grace! Please simply call or text if you believe you will be late. *Please come with your hair detangled & free of any previous style. If you are coming out of braids or any protective styling it is imperative that you start the detangling process at least 2 days prior to your appointment. This will assure that the hair will not matte or tangle when being shampooed. Gently but thoroughly combing through the hair each day is encouraged. *Please note that all color services require a consultation 1st & a $50 booking fee that will go toward your scheduled service. The fee is 100% transferable as long as your color appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Because last minute cancellations & no shows don’t allow the time to schedule in another client, it is necessary that cancellations outside of 24 hours be charged 50% of the booked service . No call/no shows will be charged 75% of their booked service & will forfeit any deposits.
